Stand with feet hip-width apart and hold towel taut on top of head.Squat down keeping chest up and knees behind toes.Push into heels to face as you carry left knee and twist trunk towards left knee.Return to begin.Squat down once more, so rise to standing repetition knee carry and twisting motion on the proper.
